How it Works

Step 1:

Contact me with your details on the enquiry form.

Step 2:

You will be contacted via email with a questionnaire to complete (running history, goals, lifestyle etc), the fee and to arrange a time for an initial online video consultation.​

Step 3:

Following the video consultation if you are happy to proceed, please transfer the coaching fee and you are ready to begin. Note that there is no obligation to continue at any time and coaching can be paid for on a rolling monthly basis.​

Step 4:

The first week of training will be discussed during the video consult and also sent via whatsapp. Regular feedback will be expected with the athlete sending their splits via whatsapp, ideally on completion of every run. While there are several online apps and programs available for uploading data, directly messaging your coach with your splits increases accountability and enables a more direct coaching supervision.

 

Step 5:

If any changes to the training needs to be adjusted throughout the week, this will be communicated via whatsapp, as well as feedback on already completed runs.​

Step 6:

All that is left is for you to enjoy the training and the racing. Hopefully you will learn to train in a smarter, more professional approach than you previously might have done.
